Serving the greater Houston area, Adam Laititi specializes in creating unique training sessions individualize to meet each clients goals.

He has over 15 years of training experience in kettlebells, olympic lifts, general weight training and fitness conditioning.  Adam is Onnit Academy foundations certified, and continually develops his skillset to offer new and improved training initiatives for his growing client base.


Private Training

My private sessions are carefully designed, taking into consideration not only your goals, but also your ability level and understanding of exercise fundamentals.

  • Get back into shape after a long break, injury or child birth
  • Learn, Kettlebell, olympic lifts, general weight training
  • Improve cardiovascular system, with Interval training/ conditioning sessions
  • Improve control of body, through body weight training
  • Learn basic fundamentals in Cardio boxing
  • Improve core strength, (which helps firm and flatten the belly) plus reduce lower back pain

Group Fitness

My group fitness sessions are a fun and dynamic workout. Always making sure everyone is working hard individually and as a team.

  • Boot Camps / Metabolic Conditioning / Interval Training
  • Weight resistance and bodyweight training
  • Cardio boxing
  • Core strengthening
